What the result means
The result shows whether growth is blocked by upload volume, average video performance, or production capacity. Too much workload creates burnout risk.
Needed Uploads = Monthly View Goal ÷ Average Views per Video. Upload Gap = Needed Uploads − Current Uploads. Production Hours = Needed Uploads × Hours per Video.
This calculator assumes each upload performs near your average. If video quality drops, more uploads may not increase total views.
Example calculation
For a 300,000 monthly view goal and 25,000 average views per video, you need 12 uploads per month. If you currently upload 8, the gap is 4 videos.
