Enter the original amount, deduction amount, allowance amount, and any adjustment. The calculator subtracts deductions and allowances from the original amount, then applies the adjustment to estimate the after-deduction basis.
What the result means
The main result is the basis remaining after deductions. It shows how much of the original amount remains after deduction and allowance items are applied.
After Deduction Basis = Original Amount − Deduction Amount − Allowance Amount + Adjustment
Use positive adjustment values when the basis should increase, and negative adjustment values when the basis should decrease. This is a simplified planning estimate.
