The required budget shows how much spend may be needed to reach a target if CPC and conversion rate remain stable. It is a planning estimate, not a guarantee.
If the required budget is too high, improve conversion rate, lower CPC, or increase average order value.
To reach $50,000 revenue with $100 AOV, 4% conversion rate, and $1.25 CPC, you need 500 conversions, 12,500 clicks, and about $15,625 budget.
Start from your revenue or lead goal, then work backward using AOV, conversion rate, and CPC.
