CSV stores cell values in a flat table. Workbook-only features such as formulas, styling, charts, comments, and multiple sheets are not carried into the CSV file.

Yes. Choose the worksheet in the sheet selector; the generated CSV contains only that sheet because CSV cannot store multiple tabs.
The CSV contains displayed cell values rather than workbook formula behavior. Formulas, formatting, charts, and comments are not preserved.
Fields are quoted and embedded quotes are escaped, so commas and line breaks remain part of the correct CSV field.
Enable Protect text values and confirm the preview. Values already stored as text are retained; numeric cells that previously lost zeros cannot be reconstructed.
