Yes. The parser follows quoted-field rules, so commas inside properly quoted values stay in the same cell.

Can it remove completely blank rows?

Yes. Clear the keep-empty-rows option to exclude rows whose cells are all blank after cleanup.

How does it reduce CSV formula injection risk?

When text protection is enabled, values beginning with =, +, -, or @ are prefixed so spreadsheet apps treat them as text.

Will leading zeros be preserved?

The cleaner treats parsed CSV fields as text and can protect formula-like values, but your spreadsheet application’s import settings still control display behavior.

Can I change a CSV into a tab-delimited file?

Yes. Select Tab as the output delimiter before processing.
