How to use this office tool

  1. Upload an Excel workbook and choose a starting row.
  2. Select portrait or landscape orientation.
  3. Process the sheet, open the downloaded HTML, and use your browser’s Print Preview.

What this tool does

Reads one worksheet and creates a standalone printable HTML table for the selected starting row and visible data range. It does not alter the original workbook.

FAQ

Can this tool set an Excel print area inside the original workbook?

It creates a separate printable HTML file rather than rewriting the original workbook’s print settings, which avoids claiming unsupported feature preservation.

Does the printable file include formulas?

The printable table uses the values available in the workbook file. It does not run Excel’s calculation engine.

How do I fit a wide worksheet on one page?

Choose landscape mode, then use your browser’s print scaling option when opening the generated HTML.

Can I print only part of a worksheet?

You can choose the first included row. The tool then exports the used cells from that row through the end of the worksheet.

Will charts and shapes appear in the print file?

No. The output focuses on worksheet cell data and does not reproduce charts, drawings, or Excel-specific page objects.
