How to use this office tool
- Choose the worksheet that contains inconsistent boolean entries.
- Set the header row and process the file.
- Review the changed-cell count and preview.
- Download the cleaned workbook as a new file.
Standardize TRUE/FALSE values across a chosen sheet while keeping blanks and unrelated cells intact.
Values such as yes/no, y/n, 1/0, on/off, and true/false are normalized to TRUE or FALSE. Other content is left alone.
The exported file is newly generated in your browser. The uploaded source remains unchanged.
XLSX, XLS, CSV, and TSV are accepted. Browser rewriting does not guarantee preservation of macros, charts, pivots, external links, or every advanced Excel feature.
| Format | Use |
|---|---|
| XLSX / XLS | Workbook input; XLSX output |
| CSV / TSV | Delimited table input |
The tool recognizes true, false, yes, no, y, n, on, off, 1, and 0 without regard to letter case.
Only cells whose complete value matches a recognized token are changed, so numbers other than 1 and 0 remain untouched.
It accepts XLSX, XLS, CSV, and TSV files. Advanced workbook objects may not be preserved when a new workbook is written.
No. Parsing and output generation run locally in the browser; the page does not upload cell data.
Keep identifier columns formatted as text and enable text protection when available. Always check the preview before exporting.
