What the result means

The result checks whether current and projected attendance meet the minimum requirement for taking the exam.

Current attendance = attended ÷ required sessions × 100. Projected attendance = (attended + planned future attendance) ÷ required sessions × 100.

Some schools calculate attendance by held sessions rather than required sessions. Use the method matching your policy.

Example calculation

With 50 attended out of 60 required sessions, current attendance is 83.3%. Attending all 8 remaining sessions improves the projected rate.

Tips for better results

  • Prioritize attendance immediately if projected eligibility is close to the minimum.
  • Do not use all absence buffer before exam week.
  • Check whether excused absences are treated differently.
