How to use this calculator
- Enter steps for each day from Monday to Sunday.
- Set your target daily step goal.
- Calculate to see weekly total, average, goal days, and activity level.
Track a full week of steps, see your average daily movement, identify low-step days, and measure how close you are to your weekly goal.
The result shows whether your daily movement is consistent enough across the full week, not just on one active day.
Step goals are general activity indicators. They do not measure workout intensity or medical fitness.
With 63,000 steps and a 10,000-step daily goal, the daily average is 9,000 and the goal achievement rate is 90%.
Around 70,000 weekly steps equals a 10,000-step daily average.
It can be acceptable, but it usually reflects light to moderate activity.
One high day cannot fully offset several low-step days.
Compare each day against your target and look for the largest gap.
Track both. Daily steps show habits, while weekly steps show total volume.
