What the result means
The result estimates whether your month supported meaningful concentration. Strong scores require enough focus hours, goal progress, and controlled interruptions.
Focus Score = Goal Achievement × 50% + Focus Ratio × 35% + Interruption Control × 15%
Interruption loss is estimated. Actual lost time depends on task type and recovery time after each interruption.
