How to use this calculator
Enter current completion and on-time delivery rates, plus quality and collaboration ratings on a 1-to-10 scale.
The calculator applies weighted scoring to create an overall team score and identifies the weakest dimension.
Combine completion, deadline, quality, and collaboration data into a single team performance score. The breakdown helps identify whether the main constraint is execution, delivery reliability, work quality, or teamwork.
Enter current completion and on-time delivery rates, plus quality and collaboration ratings on a 1-to-10 scale.
The calculator applies weighted scoring to create an overall team score and identifies the weakest dimension.
The overall score summarizes performance but should not hide weak sub-scores. A high total with one metric below 50 still indicates a material operating risk.
Use consistent rating criteria across periods. Subjective ratings should be supported by quality reviews, stakeholder feedback, or rework data.
Completion of 85%, delivery of 80%, quality of 8/10, and collaboration of 7/10 produce an overall score of about 79.
Normalize each metric to a 0-to-100 scale, assign weights based on strategic importance, and add the weighted values.
A score above 80 is generally strong, but the meaning depends on metric quality and whether any critical component remains weak.
Common measures include completion, on-time delivery, quality, rework, collaboration, customer impact, workload balance, and goal achievement.
Clarify ownership, reduce unnecessary handoffs, improve decision documentation, and establish regular feedback loops.
This can happen when tasks are finished late, work-in-progress is excessive, estimates are inaccurate, or priorities change too frequently.
