Estimate a golf practice-day workload from balls hit, focused practice time, session effort, walking distance, and holes played. The model separates swing volume, time-effort demand, walking, and on-course exposure so you can see what drove the day’s total. Use the score consistently to compare your own weeks and manage abrupt workload changes; it is not a medical fatigue or injury-risk prediction.
The score rises with repeated swings, longer or harder practice, more walking, and more holes. It is an arbitrary but transparent load unit intended for consistent personal tracking.
The model does not estimate injury probability. Pain, major technique changes, or return from injury should be managed with qualified guidance.
