Formula

Training load = shots × 0.5 + minutes × RPE + walking km × 10 + holes × 5

What the result means

The score rises with repeated swings, longer or harder practice, more walking, and more holes. It is an arbitrary but transparent load unit intended for consistent personal tracking.

The model does not estimate injury probability. Pain, major technique changes, or return from injury should be managed with qualified guidance.

Example calculation

For 120 shots, 90 minutes at RPE 6, 6 km walking, and 18 holes, the components are 60, 540, and 150, totaling 750 load units.
