What this tool does

Scan workbook cells for common Excel formula error values and export an address-level report for focused review.

The scanner checks parsed formulas and cell values for #REF!, #DIV/0!, #VALUE!, #NAME?, #N/A, #NUM!, and #NULL! markers.

The scan finds stored error markers; it does not recalculate formulas or prove that every formula is logically correct.

Will it recalculate formulas in my workbook?

No. Browser-side parsing reads stored formulas and results but does not replace Microsoft Excel’s calculation engine.

Can it scan every worksheet at once?

Yes. Choose the all-sheets option after loading the workbook.

Why might an incorrect formula show no error?

A formula can return a plausible value while using the wrong logic. This tool reports error markers, not business-logic mistakes.

Does the output modify my workbook?

No. It creates a separate inspection report and leaves the selected file untouched.
