How to use this office tool

  1. Choose the workbook and enter the requested options.
  2. Select Frequency Table Generator and review the limited preview and counts.
  3. Download the new frequency table output. Keep the source file until you have checked the result.

What this tool does

This tool performs a focused frequency table in local browser memory. It creates a separate downloadable result rather than presenting the original upload as processed.

Processing rule: parse the selected data, apply the frequency table rule, limit the on-page preview, then serialize a new output file.

Complex Excel features such as VBA, external links, charts, and advanced formatting may not survive browser-based workbook rewriting. Use a copy of important files.

Supported formats

Files are parsed locally. Support is intentionally limited to the formats shown below and advanced workbook features may not be preserved.

Tips for better results

  • Keep a backup of the original file.
  • Check headers, identifiers, dates, and leading zeros in the preview.
  • Open the downloaded result and verify a few representative rows before using it downstream.
