How to use this office tool
- Select the worksheet whose row gaps should be closed.
- Confirm the header row; header cells remain in place.
- Process and inspect the compacted preview.
- Download the new workbook.
Close gaps in each spreadsheet row by moving nonblank cells left and exporting a newly arranged workbook.
For every data row, nonblank cells are packed toward the left while their original order is preserved.
The exported file is newly generated in your browser. The uploaded source remains unchanged.
XLSX, XLS, CSV, and TSV are accepted. Browser rewriting does not guarantee preservation of macros, charts, pivots, external links, or every advanced Excel feature.
