Which column is used to reconcile the spreadsheets?
The first column of each selected sheet is used as the record key.
What does a changed record mean?
A key exists in both files, but one or more remaining displayed cell values differ.
How are records missing from one file reported?
The report labels them Missing in second or Missing in first, depending on where the key appears.
Can duplicate keys be reconciled automatically?
No. Duplicate keys are flagged because a one-to-one comparison would be ambiguous.
Are the two uploaded files sent to a server?
No. Both files are parsed and compared locally in your browser.
