How do I combine several JPG files into one PDF?

Will JPG images lose quality when converted to PDF?
The original JPEG bytes are embedded when possible, so no extra JPEG recompression is applied.
Can I make each PDF page match the JPG dimensions?
Yes. Choose Match image size to create pages using each image’s pixel proportions.
Can I convert progressive JPG files to PDF?
Most browser-readable JPEG files work. If a file cannot be decoded, export it again as a standard RGB JPEG.
Are my JPG photos uploaded during conversion?
