Formula

Volumetric weight = Packages × Length × Width × Height ÷ Divisor

Chargeable capacity demand = greater of gross weight and volumetric weight

The main result is the percentage of the entered payload allocation consumed by chargeable capacity demand.

Example calculation

For 20 packages measuring 80 × 60 × 50 cm at 120 kg each, a divisor of 6,000 gives 800 kg volumetric weight. Gross weight is 2,400 kg, so chargeable demand is 2,400 kg.
