Formula

Availability = run time ÷ planned time
Performance = ideal cycle × total count ÷ run time
Quality = good count ÷ total count
OEE = availability × performance × quality

Performance above 100% usually indicates an inaccurate ideal cycle time, count, or time boundary; review the inputs instead of treating it as extra effectiveness.
