How to use this calculator

Formula

Predicted time = known time × (target distance ÷ known distance)exponent × readiness factor

What the result means

The base model assumes similar fitness and conditions. The readiness factor modestly slows predictions when current load differs substantially from normal.

Terrain, weather, taper, fueling, course measurement, and endurance specialization can materially change actual performance.

Example calculation

A 50-minute 10K projected to 21.0975 km with exponent 1.06 and equal current and typical load gives 110.70 minutes (1:50:42).
