Recovery need score = weighted split minutes × RPE ÷ 55 + race-to-weekly-load adjustment + sleep adjustment.

What the result means

Weighted minutes use swim × 1.15, bike × 0.90, and run × 1.25. This is a planning index, not a medical prescription.
