Estimate wedding bar headcount from peak drinking demand, bartender service speed, service stations, barback coverage, and shift length. Instead of relying on a single guests-per-bartender rule, this calculator checks both beverage throughput and station coverage, then adds barbacks and shows estimated labor hours and cost.
The main result is total bar headcount. Bartenders must satisfy both peak-order throughput and minimum station coverage.
Venue rules, cash handling, specialty cocktails, glassware, satellite bars, security, and local alcohol-service requirements may require additional roles.
