How to use Delete PDF Pages

  1. Upload one PDF.
  2. Enter the pages to remove, such as 2,5-7.
  3. Click Delete Pages and download the cleaned copy.

What this tool does

The tool creates a fresh PDF containing every source page except the pages you identify.

A 10-page PDF with pages 2,5 deleted produces an 8-page result.

At least one page must remain. Deleting every page is blocked with a clear error.

Supported files and limits

Standard PDF files supported by pdf-lib 1.17.1 are processed locally. Empty, damaged, or encrypted PDFs may be rejected. Available browser memory limits practical file size.

Tips for better results

  • Double-check ranges before deleting legal or financial records.
  • Use Keep only listed pages when the keep list is shorter.
  • Retain the source until the output has been reviewed.

FAQ

Can I delete several page ranges from one PDF?

Yes. Combine ranges and individual pages, for example 2-4,8,11-13.

Will the original PDF be changed?

No. The result is a separate file downloaded by your browser.

Can I delete every page from a PDF?

No. A valid PDF must contain at least one page, so the tool blocks that action.

How can I keep only a few PDF pages?

Choose Keep only listed pages and enter the pages you want to retain.

Are deleted PDF pages recoverable from the output?

They are not copied into the new PDF, so keep the original if recovery may be needed.
