Layers = floor((maximum height − pallet height) ÷ case height)
Capacity = min(cases per layer × layers, floor(payload ÷ case weight))
What the result means
Capacity is the smaller of the geometric stack and weight limit. The layer count tests two uniform orientations but does not model interlocking or mixed patterns.
