Stop capacity = floor(cycles × stops/route × shipments/stop)
Payload capacity = floor(cycles × payload ÷ average shipment weight)
Usable capacity = min(stop capacity, payload capacity)
What the result means
The result is the number of whole average shipments the fleet can route without exceeding the entered cycle, stop, or payload assumptions.
This estimate assumes similar route cycles. Geographic imbalance, appointment windows, driver rules, maintenance, and vehicle-specific payload limits may reduce executable capacity.
