What the result means

The result scales a manufacturer or crop-recipe dosing rate to the full reservoir and adjusts for relative concentrate strength. It does not predict EC, pH, or individual ion concentrations.

Confirm compatibility, add concentrates separately as directed, and check EC and pH after mixing. Never combine incompatible stock solutions undiluted.

Example calculation

A 2,000 L reservoir at 2.5 mL/L needs 5,000 mL at equal strength. If actual concentrate is twice the reference strength, the adjusted dose is 2,500 mL.
