Compare an Olympic lifting total with body weight without relying on a coefficient table that may change. Enter successful snatch and clean-and-jerk results plus body weight. The calculator reports total kilograms per kilogram of body weight, the individual lift ratios, and the snatch share of the total. It is useful for personal progress and same-athlete comparisons, but it is not an official Sinclair score.
Snatch share = snatch ÷ total × 100.
A ratio of 2.50 means the two-lift total equals two and a half times body weight. It helps normalize personal progress, but it does not fully correct for differences between weight classes.
For official ranking comparisons, use the coefficient system and tables adopted by the relevant federation and competition date.
A 90 kg snatch plus a 115 kg clean and jerk gives a 205 kg total. At 81 kg body weight, the ratio is 2.53×; the snatch contributes 43.9% of the total.
