XLSX and XLS files are read with SheetJS in the browser. CSV and TSV are supported where the operation has a meaningful tabular result. Advanced Excel objects may not be preserved.

Yes. The tool rebuilds every row using the same column mapping, so values remain attached to their original records.
Formula cells are retained when XLSX is selected, although browser-based rewriting may not preserve every advanced Excel feature.
Yes. Choose reverse alphabetical order before processing the worksheet.
Columns represented in the worksheet range are included. Completely unused columns outside that range are not added.
