Formula

Ball energy = ½ × ball mass × serve speed². Estimated ball power = energy ÷ acceleration window. Power-to-weight proxy = estimated ball power ÷ body mass.

A higher ratio means more estimated ball energy per unit time relative to body mass under the entered assumptions. Placement, spin, consistency, return pressure, and movement remain essential to tennis performance.
