How to use this PDF tool
- Select a PDF file.
- Set the page range and even-page order.
- Choose Separate Odd & Even and wait for processing to finish.
- Review the statistics, then download the ZIP archive.
Separate alternating scan pages into odd and even documents. Optionally reverse the even stack for duplex scanner output.
Odd-positioned and even-positioned source pages are copied into two new PDFs. Reversal helps reconstruct face-up duplex scan stacks.
Odd and even refer to positions in the selected range, not printed page labels stored inside the document.
Input must be a valid PDF readable by the browser libraries. Processing capacity depends on page complexity and available device memory.

No. The selected files are read and processed by JavaScript in your browser. The page does not send the PDF contents to a processing server.
No. Remove the password with the document owner's permission before using this tool. Encrypted or damaged files may be rejected by the PDF libraries.
Basic page artwork is retained where pages are copied, but interactive forms, links, scripts, and advanced annotations may be flattened or omitted.
PDF processing uses device memory. Very long documents, complex vector pages, and high-resolution visual comparisons can exceed the memory available to the browser tab.
A current desktop version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari is recommended. Keep the tab open until the output download becomes available.
