How to use this PDF tool
- Select a PDF file.
- Set the page range and page numbering.
- Choose Extract Odd Pages and wait for processing to finish.
- Review the statistics, then download the result file.
Create a new PDF from odd-numbered pages in the selected range. Useful for separating one side of alternating scans or print jobs.
The selected odd pages are copied into a fresh PDF while preserving their original page artwork and dimensions.
Bookmarks, form behavior, and some advanced annotations may not be preserved when pages are copied into the new file.
Input must be a valid PDF readable by the browser libraries. Processing capacity depends on page complexity and available device memory.
| Input | Output |
|---|---|
| Encrypted PDF | Not supported |
No. The selected files are read and processed by JavaScript in your browser. The page does not send the PDF contents to a processing server.
No. Remove the password with the document owner's permission before using this tool. Encrypted or damaged files may be rejected by the PDF libraries.
Basic page artwork is retained where pages are copied, but interactive forms, links, scripts, and advanced annotations may be flattened or omitted.
PDF processing uses device memory. Very long documents, complex vector pages, and high-resolution visual comparisons can exceed the memory available to the browser tab.
A current desktop version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari is recommended. Keep the tab open until the output download becomes available.
